Exchanges and returns

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing via email at shop@test2.test.lamanual.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

2. Conditions for exchanges and returns

For an exchange or return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

• Protective materials must not have been removed.

• The order must not have been customized or manufactured specifically to the customer's specifications.

La Manual Alpargatera reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Customized products

In accordance with current legislation, personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Personalization refers to products made according to the customer's specific instructions (model, color, special size, type of closure, material, or other adjustments expressly requested).

4. Exchange or return procedure

Once the return has been requested and approved by our team:

  1. The customer will receive instructions for shipping the product.
  2. The item must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the corresponding exchange or refund will be processed.

5. Shipping costs

Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to La Manual Alpargatera.

Exchanges: Shipping costs associated with an exchange for a different size, model, or color are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refunds

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, once the condition of the returned product has been verified.

The estimated processing time for the refund is 7 to 14 business days from the date we receive the product at our workshop.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error or defect attributable to La Manual Alpargatera.

7. Defective products or ordering error

If the product received has any defects or does not match the order placed, the customer must report it within 48 hours of receiving the order by writing to shop@test2.test.lamanual.com and attaching photographs of the product.

In these cases, La Manual Alpargatera will cover the shipping costs and process the exchange or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
